1. What PalDuels is
PalDuels is a chat game played for fun. Everything in it is about fun and entertainment.
2. Credits
PalDuels is a chat game played for fun. Credits are play money with no real value. They cannot be bought, sold, traded or cashed out. You earn them by taking part on the stream, and you spend them only in PalDuels and its world, for fun.
3. Items, islands and trophies
Items, gold, islands and trophies are part of the game. They have no real value and you do not own them outside the game. We may change, move or reset them when we need to.
4. Your account
Your account comes from your PalDuels chatter sign-in. It is yours alone. Do not share it, sell it or let someone else play it.
5. Play fair
- No cheating, bots, scripts or exploiting bugs.
- No harassment, hate, threats or sexual content.
- No spam and no pretending to be someone else, including staff.
- No selling or trading accounts, items or credits for anything outside the game.
- Report bugs instead of using them.
6. What you say
You are responsible for what you write in chat and name your characters. We may hide, remove or act on anything that breaks these rules.
7. Moderation
We may mute, suspend or ban an account that breaks these rules. If you think we got it wrong, write to us.
8. The game can change
We may add, change or remove parts of the game, take it down for upkeep, or close it. We try to keep your progress, but we cannot promise it.
9. No guarantees
We provide the game as it is, for fun. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost progress, downtime or other loss from playing. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you.
