This page says what PalDuels stores about you, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the PalDuels game world at play.palduels.com.

1. The short version
- PalDuels is a chat game played for fun.
- We store only what the game needs to run: your PalDuels chatter name, your characters, your island, your trophies, and chat and moderation records.
- We store no payment data, because there is nothing to pay for.
- We do not sell your information.
- You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
2. What we store
Your PalDuels sign-in. You enter the game through PalDuels. We keep your chatter name, the display name PalDuels sends, and the link between that chatter and your game account.
Your characters. Their names, looks, levels, gear, bags, bank, quests and where they stand in the world.
Your island. What you placed on it, where you placed it, and what is in your stash.
Your trophies. The trophies and awards you earned on the stream and where you put them.
Chat and moderation. Chat messages, reports, and any mutes, suspensions or bans, so we can keep the game safe.
Technical data. Your IP address, used to limit abuse and spam, and when you were online. Bug reports and performance reports you choose to send.
Browser storage. Your browser keeps your game session and your settings, so you stay signed in and your options stay the way you set them.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
3. Why we store it
- To run the game and keep your progress.
- To show your trophies and your island.
- To keep the game fair and safe, and to act on reports.
- To find and fix bugs.
4. Who sees it
Other players see what the game shows them: your character names, your chat, and the parts of your island you share. PalDuels sees your chatter link and your trophies. Our staff see moderation records when they handle a report.
The page loads fonts from Google Fonts and a bot check from Cloudflare, so those services see your IP address when your browser asks them for files. Our server host stores the data for us.
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
5. How long we keep it
- Your account, characters, island and trophies: until you ask us to delete them.
- Chat logs: 90 days.
- Online time records: up to 180 days.
- IP addresses linked to an account: up to 730 days.
- Moderation records: as long as needed to keep the game safe.
6. Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] from the PalDuels chatter you play with, and tell us your character name. See also Data Deletion.
7. Children
PalDuels is not made for children under 13. If you think a child under 13 has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
8. Keeping it safe
Connections to the game are encrypted. Access to the data is limited to the people who run the game.
